The currently vacant land is located north of state Route 304 and south of Tibbett’s-Wick Road. The 3.72-acre property was part of a larger parcel just north of Naylor Lloyd Road at 5350 Belmont Ave. “Our goal is to house seniors who lived in Liberty all their lives and give them a place to age in place,” Schwiegeraht said. The facility will be age restricted for those age 55 and older. Onsite management will care for the facility.Īnticipated to take 15 months to build, Schwiegeraht hopes the project will be completed and ready for residents in spring 2024.
